Life is Hard

Remember that time we were watching Good Times and we shared a brain? We had a full conversation about how the lady in the sweater would have looked better without her head. We kept saying, "They should cut it off," and, "Why didn't they just cut it off?"

This is one of my fondest memories.

Haley's post about inspirational posters reminded me..

At work, Joe brought these huge framed picture poster things up from the basement. Inspirational kind of things. Kathryn, Cathy, and I noticed that he must have put some thought into where he hung them. He put "Teamwork" in front of Cathy, because she always does her own thing and it pisses him off. He put "Commitment" in front of me, because he wants me to say I'll get my insurance license and work even more hours. And of course, he put "Focus" in front of Kathryn, but I don't think she's going to see it when she's sleeping at her desk, haha. There's no way that he did all that by accident, and even if he did, it would still be funny.

Every morning, I have about ten minutes to get online before I have to go back upstairs and start waking Steve up. I was just rushing so that I could finish quicker, and I realized I forgot to blink and my eyes are tearing. It's a shame that this is how I start my days.

Also, I think I deserve something for Valentine's Day.

Subservient Chicken

I have a bunch of stuff to write about. But now that I opened the thing to do it, I can't remember. So maybe next time.

In other news, Cathy [the lady at work] said that Eric, Monty, and Mattie were so nice and such a pleasure to have in the office. Yeah, that's how bored we are. Also, Cathy's husband called me babe today. Why do guys do that stuff?
